Can anyone offer me some advice on how to get the seat height lower on a 650 X Challenge. I would like to set one up for my wifey and she is only 162cm tall. I assume the Air shock is the same as on my HP2 and the ride height is the ride height. That leaves me with a replacement rear shock and/or carving some major height out of the seat. I am not sure if either options are doable. I would appreciate any suggestions you can offer. And no, I am not interested in getting a taller wife as it would cost too much to changeover

I think your two options are
1. get a lower rear shock
2. get a low seat or carve out the stock one

How much lower do you need it?

I would like to get it 100mm lower. Maybe we can do as much as we can with a modified seat and then look for a replacement Ohlins rear shock. I was sort of hoping someone out there had done it before me.
